Q1:The water quality is different from each area. How to know whether the Hiend water cleaner is suitable for our use?

A1:The Hiend Water Filter can purify general water with its strong purifying function. To extend the filters service life,we suggest to add the pre-filter for low-quality water.

As for water contained with organic matters affect the dissolved-Hydrogen amount, we also own the patented filters and materials to ensure the high Hydrogen content and negative potential.

Q2:Why does Hiend emphasize to retain the Calcium, Magnesium in the water?

A2:Magnesium could reduce the risk of diabetes and stabilize the neuromuscular conduction. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in our bodies. It is indispensable for skeleton's

density, the teeth's completion, the stimulation of nerve cells, muscle's contraction and the blood's condensation. Calcium helps to control the blood pressure, too. If both calcium and magnesium too low or even zero,the risk of Cardiovascular disease could increase 40%.

Q3:How often should Hiend Water Filter change the filters:

A3:It depends on each family's using condition. To make sure the pollutants removed completely and always contains the highest Hydrogen amount and the highest potential,

we suggest to change the filters on seeing the flowing meter flash and make beef sound.

Meanwhile, our customer service will remind you to change the filter according to the data.

Q4:Can Hiend Water Filter be used to filter hot water? Is it suitable for cooking or making tea?

A4:The reasons for hot water not suggested:

1.All the filtering experiments are processed with cold water to reach the best effect.

2.If the cold water is used regularly, the pollutants were sucked on the activated

carbon filter. Once the carbon filter drop into the water, the filtering function will

decrease. The water between 0°～40° is supposed to get the best filtering result.

The water is for all drinking purposes. Just, after heating, the Hydrogen amount in the water could reduce.

Still, it is ideal for cooking and any hot drinking.

Q5:Is there still Hydrogen contained inside after heating the Negative Hydrogen Water?

A5:The Negative Hydrogen Water is heatable. However, the Hydrogen will volatilize during heating.

Therefore, it is not true saying that there is Hydrogen contents after heating. However, the Hiend Water Filter contains high density of Hydrogen. Blending the hot water to be warm,

the Hydrogen could remain for a while.

Q6:Negative Hydrogen Water appears microbubbles in the beginning but later disappear. Is Hydrogen also disappearing?

A6:When we first use, we see much microbubbles in the water due to the high density of Hydrogen. The microbubbles also contains oxygen while Hydrogen dissolve inside water.

Following the water-magnesium naturally combined, microbubbles will reduce, but the Hydrogen content always remain above 1000ppb, and-500 negative potential.

For some hot areas,the Hydrogen content is apt to be affected, so abiding to the instruction sheet is suggested.
